Why Are Young People Struggling to Afford Housing?
Within the next few years it is predicted that the average age of first-time house buyers, across the country will hit 40. In the South-East it's even worse than that.
This is causing huge problems for young people in their 20s and 30s who want to build a career, buy a home and start a family.
Here's my take on the cause and how we should approach it in the future.
